Agreement Overview
This Terms of Service Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you, the user and BRRY DİJİTAL TEKNOLOJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ('BRRY Labs'), governing your access to and use of our software applications (including Rizzberry), services, and websites.
Description of Service
BRRY Labs provides software solutions for B2B and B2C clients. Our services include various applications, platforms, and tools designed to enhance business operations and customer experiences. Rizzberry is a mobile application that helps users improve their dating app experience through AI-powered photo analysis, conversation starters, and chat assistance.
User Content
You retain all rights to the content you upload to our applications, including photos and messages. However, by using our applications, you grant BRRY a limited license to process and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing the services to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for all content you upload and warrant that you own or have necessary permissions for all content, your content does not violate any third party's rights, and your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.
Eligibility and Account Registration
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement, and will use the Service in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable laws.
In-App Purchases
Our applications may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BRRY expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and error-free or uninterrupted service.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BRRY or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if BRRY has been notified of the possibility of such damages.
